    Wise Home Solutions offers good equipment, dependable service, and standard prices that match the rest of the home security industry. It scored lower in customer service and reputation primarily because it is such a young company and hasn’t had time to establish itself among competitors with decades of experience in the industry. It also scored lower in that section because the contracts are so much longer than those of other home security companies.

    Wise Home Solutions is relatively new to the home security industry, but the company is already impressing customers across several states. If you like doing business with smaller, regional companies instead of huge nationwide corporations, Wise Home Solutions might be a good home security provider for you. The company serves communities in the western US and Texas, but you’ll have to check with a representative to make sure your area is covered.

    What we like about Wise Home Solutions

    One of our favorite things about Wise Home Solutions is that the company lets you customize your home security system. This gives you lots of options so you can invest in equipment that meets your specific needs.

    We also like that the company has made home automation a priority. Integrating home automation equipment makes the system more valuable on a day-to-day basis, even when you aren’t worried about security issues. Smart home automation can also help you save money on your energy bills.

    How does Wise Home Solutions compare to the competition?

    Wise Home Solutions is doing well so far, but the company is very new to the home security industry. It was founded in 2015. Young companies aren’t necessarily worse than established ones, but industry experience is something to take into account if you’re choosing between a company that is less than five years old and a company that has been around for decades.

    There are quite a few links on the Wise Home Solutions website that don’t work. We were unable to use their social buttons, read the privacy policy, or check out the terms of service because none of those links worked. While a few website issues aren’t necessarily a deal breaker, they do suggest that the company is still learning some things that more established companies already have a handle on.

    Our other small concern about the company is the long contracts. Wise's 60-month contract gives customers less flexibility than the standard 36-month contract offered by most security companies.

    We had a hard time tracking down reviews for this company since it is so new to the industry, but most of the reviews we found were positive. People seem happy with the service, installation process, and equipment. Some people had issues with scheduling and repeated alerts.
